Return & Refund Policy

ANPlumbing.com guarantees all merchandise. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFOREHAND AND ISSUED AN R.G.A # FOR YOU TO RECEIVE CREDIT. Packages without an R.G.A clearly visible on the outside of the box will be returned to you postage collect. An exchange total or refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of returned goods minus the shipping cost, as long as the original packaged part has not been opened or marred in anyway you will receive full credit. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the merchandise was received damaged or defective.

The following parts are not returnable:

· Oil coolers

· Hose

· Part numbers beginning with 0, 1, or 2

· Pre made hoses

· Part numbers beginning with “AT”, “EN” or “UP”

· Ultra Flex Items

· Tools

(15% RE STOCK FEE APPLIES TO ALL EXCHANGES). Exchanges &/or refunds are not allowed on any “Surplus” Items.
