Shipping Information

 

Domestic Orders

·        Domestic Shipping will be via UPS only.

·        Tracking number will automatically be sent to your email (if provided) via UPS Quantum View Notify.

·        In the event of a backorder, you will be informed via email. We can ship partial or complete. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges, specify this at the time you place your order and we can accommodate your request.

·        You will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.

·        Freight charges are non-refundable.

·        Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 pm pacific will ship same day unless you receive an Email or phone call regarding an unavailable part.

International Orders

·        Freight charges for your order will be calculated manually.

·        You will be e-mailed your freight cost for your confirmation. We will NOT process an International Order unless approval of freight cost is received.

·        Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes & fees related to the international shipment.

·        International shipping will be via USPS-EMS only to ensure package is received and signed for. You will be emailed your tracking number upon shipment of order. In the event of a backorder, your order will remain on a "Run Complete and Park" (RCP) status until ALL items are in stock to save additional shipping charges. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges for backordered items then specify this at the time you place your order and we can accommodate your request.
