Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFOREHAND AND ISSUED AN R.G.A # FOR YOU TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Packages without an R.G.A clearly visible on the outside of the box will be returned to you postage collect.
The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the merchandise was damaged or defective or was received because of our error.
REMEMBER, ALL PARTS ARE INTENDED FOR TRACK USE ONLY AND IN MANY CASES WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND INSURANCE POLICIES. INSTALL ALL ITEMS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BE ADVISED YOU ARE PURCHASING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT D.O.T APPROVED. ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY ON CREDIT CARDS**.
The following parts are not returnable for exchange or store credit:

- Pre made hoses
- Part numbers beginning with 0, 1, 2, or 67
- Part numbers beginning with “EN”, “UP”, “MS”, “AN” or ending in J or D
- Surplus Items
- Hardware items
