AT ANPLUMBING.COM, WE ARE COMMITED FIRST AND FOREMOST TO YOUR ANONIMITY AND PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY.

We use your information only to process your orders. You are assured privacy each and every time you shop.

Unlike other online order sites we do not sell your info to direct mailing houses. We also assure you that we only keep your info for the processing of your orders. You will never receive a mailer from us, you will never receive junk emails from us, and you will never receive sales calls other than to deal with your orders from us.

Additionally, we do not do business with off-shore call centers or financial institutions that have call centers off shore. All of our banks and technical advisers are on US Soil and will remain that way.

When you order, we need to know your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. However, none of this information is stored online and goes directly to an encrypted email where it is manually printed and entered by hand on a stand alone non internet based invoicing system in our Stores.

Credit Card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
